Brent serves as Senior Vice President.  Mr. Howard is responsible for managing and overseeing both the due diligence and asset management teams.  He works closely with both teams to ensure that assets are valued properly at acquisition, managed efficiently and professionally, and sold for the highest possible return. Mr. Howard has been in the real estate industry for over 17 years.  He was a part of the founding team and Regional Vice President of Fieldstone Mortgage Company, a national publicly traded mortgage origination firm.  Over the 10 years with Fieldstone, Mr. Howard was influential in developing both the Midwest and Southwest Regions into the most profitable in the organization. Mr. Howard was directly responsible for all aspects of the wholesale operation including asset valuation, underwriting and managing the operations and sales teams.  Prior to joining Fieldstone Mortgage Company, Mr. Howard was a top sales account executive for Long Beach Mortgage Company.  He has also held management positions with Transamerica Financial Services with experience in collections, asset management and property preservation.

Mr. Howard received his B.A. in Business Management and M.A. in Sports Management from Eastern Illinois University. In addition, Mr. Howard has completed course work at Kellogg School of Business and holds a real estate license. Mr. Howard is an active member in the California Mortgage Bankers Association, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the California Association of Mortgage Brokers.
