Helvetica Launches LenderSkills.ai, a Free Marketplace of AI Skills for Private Lending
Ready-made AI skills for private money lending and commercial real estate, free to download and open to contributors
Private lenders have been left out of the AI conversation. So we built something for them.
On October 9, 2026, The Helvetica Group launched LenderSkills.ai: a free marketplace of AI skills built for private money lending and commercial real estate. Lenders, brokers and fund managers can join, download and submit AI skills, agents and plugins for free.
What a skill is
A "skill" is a ready-made set of instructions that teaches Claude to do one lending job properly. You install it once and it's there whenever you need it. No coding is involved. A skill is a plain-text playbook, and the site gives a short install prompt for Claude Code or Codex.
What's live
More than 200 skills were live at launch, and the library now holds 228, including:
- Drafting LOIs and term sheets
- Underwriting bridge, DSCR and fix-and-flip deals
- Writing credit memos for committee
- Reviewing title reports and loan docs
- Building document request lists
- Running investor reporting for mortgage funds

What makes it different
Free to download. Just sign up with your work email.
Screened before it goes live. Every skill is checked for security and accuracy before it publishes. Each package is unpacked in isolation, checked file by file, scanned for data exfiltration and prompt injection, and reviewed to confirm it does what its listing claims.
Creators get credit. When someone downloads your skill, you see who they are. On LenderSkills, the download is the introduction.
