Since 2001, Chad has served as CEO to The Helvetica Group, a real estate investment bank and multi-family office providing innovative private lending, distressed asset acquisitions, brokerage, investment management and family office services. Prior to founding The Helvetica Group, Mr. Mestler worked with emerging companies serving as a founder, advisor, executive and in-house counsel. He served as CFO and in-house counsel to an application service provider based in Switzerland responsible for all corporate finance activities and business development until its acquisition. Prior to this position, Mr. Mestler was a partner and Director for an international investment banking firm providing financial advisory and business acceleration services to U.S. and European emerging growth companies including fairness opinions, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, road show presentations, structuring equity and debt financing, drafting offering memoranda and client strategy formulation. In this capacity he also managed an offshore venture fund achieving over 100% appreciation in just two years. Over the past five years Mr. Mestler has been responsible for over USD $500 million in transaction value including corporate finance and real estate investments consistently generating double digit returns for investors and managed funds.

Chad is a licensed California attorney and real estate broker. Mr. Mestler has a B.S. degree in accounting from Pepperdine University, a J.D. from Pepperdine School of Law and an MBA from Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business & Management.  Mr. Mestler is an active member of the California Bar Association, California Mortgage Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, Beverly Hills Board of Realtors, and American Bar Association.
